Nana’s makes everything better

Ingredients

• 4 salmon fillets - about 6 ounces each
• 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
• 4 teaspoons of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning
• 2 oranges cut into slices.
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a large baking pan. Arrange salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
2. Spoon grapeseed oil over salmon fillets, being sure to rub all over the tops and sides of the salmon so it has no dry spots.
Season with Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning and gently rub into flesh.
3. Place sliced oranges over fillets.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart with a fork. You can broil the last 1-2 minutes if desired.
5. Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup coconut milk
• 2 ½ cups of spring water
• 1 cup of red lentils
• 4 teaspoons of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning
• ½ teaspoon of Curry powder
• 1 stalk of green onions
• ¼ teaspoon of Applewood smoked dulse

Instructions

1. Rinse off lentils and set to the side.
2. Combine spring and coconut milk in pot.
3. Add 4 teaspoons of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning, curry powder, and lentils to pot.
4. Uncovered bring the pot to a boil.
5. Once boiling cover and reduce to a simmer.
6. Cook for 15 or until you reach the desired texture.
7. Garnish with scallions, applewood smoked dulse, and serve.

Ingredients

• ½ pound of Chicken of The Woods Mushrooms
• ¼ cup coconut nectar
• 1 teaspoon of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning

Instructions

1. Clean mushroom with a mushroom brush or paper towel
2. Pour coconut nectar over mushrooms and let marinate for 2-4 hrs.
3. Slice mushrooms into thin strips and place on a roasting rack
4. Air fry at 425 degrees for 6 mins or until the mushrooms reach a roasted chicken texture.
5. Add to your favorite dish and enjoy.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Chickpea flour
• ¾ cup water
• ¼ cup of grapeseed or avocado oil
• 2 teaspoons of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning

Note: If using regular eggs, omit chickpea flour, water, and oil. Use 5 whole eggs with seasoning.

Instructions

1. Add all the contents to bowl and mix well.
2. Add mixture to pie shell or greased tart shell.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45mins or until done.
4. Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy.

• 2 cup Quinoa
• 4 cups of water
• 4 teaspoons of Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning
• 1 coconut vinegar
• 1 green onion

Instructions

1. Rinse Quinoa
2. Place quinoa, water, Nana’s All Purpose Alkaline Seasoning, and coconut vinegar into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover the pan and cook until all the liquid is absorbed, about 12 to 15 minutes.
4. Fluff with fork, transfer to a bowl, and serve.
